We aim to ensure all our learners regardless of background or starting points make good progress at college and feel supported throughout their academic journey. Through mentoring pupils, meeting individual needs both in and outside of the classroom, we see every individual as unique and aim to tailor our provision recognizing the needs of individuals. Resourcing for these needs comes as a result of understanding our pupils and we allocate both human resources and learning tools to appropriately support pupils during their time at college.
