County Lines
SafeCall is a national, free, and confidential service funded by the Home Office. SafeCall supports young people, families, and professionals affected by County Lines and other forms of child criminal exploitation (CCE). Our aim is to provide specialist help, reduce risks, and empower those impacted to navigate the challenges of exploitation.
What SafeCall Offers
We provide completely free support in three key areas:
- For children and young people
- One-to-one, confidential sessions led by the young person’s needs.
- Advocacy and practical support, available for young people up to age 24.
- For families, parents, and carers
- Guidance, emotional support, and advice tailored to help them understand and respond to the challenges of CCE. Bespoke counselling, and advocacy.
- Access to free parent skills webinars that explain the signs of County Lines and exploitation, offering practical tools to keep children safe.
